LSPedia is proud to announce that Erin Parsons has joined our leadership team as Director of Compliance.

Erin joins us after an impressive 16-year career at Rite Aid, where she started as a Pharmacy Intern and worked her way up to Director of Pharmacy Compliance & Inventory. Along the way, she led pharmacy compliance programs, managed drug inventory strategies, developed training programs, and guided cross-functional teams—all while keeping operations running smoothly and ensuring strict adherence to federal and state regulations.

With her deep knowledge of compliance, regulatory strategy, and pharmacy operations, Erin has a proven track record of making complex processes work seamlessly while keeping patient care at the center. She has overseen everything from Quality Assurance and Technician Certification to controlled substance ordering and pharmacy training programs—always with an eye toward operational excellence and regulatory compliance.

Reflecting on her new role, Erin shared: “My passion for compliance, patient safety, and operational excellence has guided my career, allowing me to build trust, foster meaningful relationships, and drive impactful results. I look forward to leveraging this experience to support LSPedia and its customers.
